Where we ship

Kihap! Cards currently ships to valid addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Standard U.S. shipping is included in the advertised purchase price. Any expedited or special-delivery option, if offered, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, or address problems.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact kihapcards@gmail.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If the package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order email and any available photos so we can investigate.
