Terms of sale

These terms apply to use of the Kihap! Cards website and purchases made through its checkout.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is successfully completed and we send or make available an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is displayed incorrectly, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and added during checkout based on the order and delivery location.

Product use and safety

Kihap! Cards are training aids, not a substitute for qualified instruction, appropriate supervision, protective equipment, or medical advice. Martial-arts activity carries inherent risks. Users are responsible for selecting age- and skill-appropriate drills and maintaining a safe training area.

Product information

We work to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen or production run. A limited-edition signed card is not guaranteed in any individual set.

Intellectual property

The Kihap! Cards name, artwork, card designs, text, graphics, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a set does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially distribute its contents.

Returns, shipping, and privacy

Our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kihap! Cards is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, product use, shipping delays, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
